The toilets are listed as Lot 39 in a forthcoming online property auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
They carry a guide price of £60,000.

The two bedroom flat, immediately opposite the new Sainsbury's store, comes with its own parking space. It is currently let to a sitting tenant at £8,400 per annum.
