POLICE are searching for two teenagers after two men were set upon as they walked along a footpath in a Kent town.
The victims, one aged in his 60s and the other in his 50s, were on the path between Martin Hardie Way and Hop Garden Road, Tonbridge, when the attack happened.
One of the men was knocked to the gorund and then kicked, leaving him with cuts to his head, a black eye and bruising. The youths demanded money from the other man, who was also hit.
The offenders ran off after being given just a small amount of change.
Neighbourhood officer Sgt Justin Watts said: "The men had done nothing to provoke the youths and they were carrying nothing of value. To behave in this way and cause people to suffer injury is unacceptable."
Both youths are described as white and aged between 15 and 19.
One was about 5ft 9ins tall and wearing a black hooded top and the other was taller and wearing a grey tracksuit or hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms with a stripe down the leg.
Anyone with information about the incident, which happened at around 7.50pm on Wednesday, is urged to contact police on 01732 379217 or Kent Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
