A Tonbridge-based health coach has joined a new movement in a bid to help women 'Ditch the Diet'.
Chloe Stephens has joined then national campaign to get women to abandon dieting for good and embrace their health.
It is a new company and aims for every member to only be involved for six months. once your six months is up and you have progressed through the whole programme, the aim is to have indeed 'ditched the diet'.
Chloe, a coach with 16 years experience, said: "“Dieting doesn’t work, in 2012 approximately 27 million people were on a diet, and this number only grows year on year, this is something Ditch the Diet is aiming to change for good.
"We want women to reclaim their health, to ditch the dieting mentality, chase after their health and well-being and let weight loss come as a by-product.

“If we see women coming back time and time again to our program we have failed.
"The idea is for us to educate women on what foods are best to eat, the importance of stress, lifestyle factors, how the gut works and problematic foods, easy ways to incorporate exercise into your life, and to make it all part of your life, not for a diet to be your life."
"We want Ditch the Diet to ultimately change the way women think about themselves, the food they eat, and the whole dogma surrounding dieting."
Chloe, of Lambs Bank in Tonbridge, is health for the scheme in Tunbridge Wells. It is a female only programme taught by female coaches, so Chloe says if you are a woman looking to reclaim your health and weight, this could be the way for you.
