Two suspects who fled from a car after a police chase have still not been found.

Officers were called to a report of suspicious behaviour involving a vehicle in Angel Lane, Tonbridge just before 6.30pm yesterday.

A patrol car chased and tried to stop a Ford Mondeo, which sped off in the direction of Hadlow.

Police continued to pursue the Mondeo which collided with another car in Hadlow High Street.

The suspects are believed to have fled on foot and a Kent Police spokesman said they have still not been found this morning.

A police helicopter was despatched and circled the area shortly after the crash.

The road was blocked temporarily.

No-one is thought to have suffered serious injuries.
