A village road was closed following a two-car collision.

Police were called to Hawkenbury Road, Tonbridge, at around 9pm last night near Hawkenbury Bridge.

Officers were joined by paramedics and the fire service to assist with the incident.

A police spokesman said: "No injuries were reported.

"The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and arranged for the vehicles to be recovered."

The fire service has been approached for more information.
