Suspected drug dealer arrested near Tonbridge train station

Officers investigating a drugs ring have arrested a man near a Kent station.

Further inquiries including the searching of a house led to more than 20 deals of cocaine and two mobile phones being seized.

The 44-year-old, from Clare Avenue in Tonbridge, was taken into custody and charged with with possessing cocaine with intent to supply and with being concerned in the supply of drugs.

He was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court today.Feb16
