An 18-year-old has been charged with burglary after electrical goods, jewellery and cash were stolen in a raid.

Oliver Bowles, of Fairfield Road in Borough Green, was arrested yesterday by officers investigating theft in Cage Green Road, Tonbridge.

The crime was reported on Thursday, August 18.

Bowles has since been charged with one count of burglary and one count of possessing cannabis.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear via video link at Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
