Local people are invited to celebrate the anniversary of peace in Europe with various events being put on over a long weekend in Tonbridge.
Victory in Europe day takes place in May, and this year marks the 70th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
Organised in partnership with the Royal British Legion, Tonbridge, the events will feature guest performances and live music from community and forces favorites, including The Clefhangers Big Band.
Just as they were 70 years ago, the church bells will be rung at 7.40pm, on May 7, to mark the anniversary of the beginning of peace.
Tributes to the fallen and fund raising will take place during the evenings for The Royal British Legion and Emilia’s Little Heart Foundation.
Those attending are invited to dress in 1940s attire and bring their own rations along, to really help get into the spirit of the weekend.
The long weekend of entertainment begins on Thursday May 7 at the River Centre in Tonbridge, and the events will be running until Sunday May 10.
