Rail passengers in Kent may face travel chaos over the Bank Holiday weekend due to industrial action.
Drivers union Aslef has announced hundreds of Southern Railway members have decided to go on strike in a row over pay.
The walk out is due to begin on Monday and continue into Tuesday.
In a ballot Southern Railway members were asked about the company's failure to make a satisfactory pay offer.
Results showed staff voted 4-1 in favour of industrial action after saying the latest pay proposals fell "well short" of what is needed to maintain living standards and working conditions.
Aslef is due to meet with Southern management tomorrow to discuss the ballot result.
Southern runs services through the county and stops at stations including Hever, Edenbridge and Penshurst.
Disruption will vary considerably depending on the route so passengers are being strongly advised to check service status before travelling.
Network Rail said full, updated timetables would be uploaded to its website by Saturday afternoon at the latest.
