Tonbridge winger Ricky Modeste is fit to face his former club after coming through a friendly.
Angels return to National South action after a fortnight off with a trip to Billericay on Saturday.
And Modeste will be in contention after proving his fitness in Angels’ 3-0 friendly win over Sittingbourne last weekend.
“Ricky got his minutes in and he’ll be fully fit for the weekend,” said assistant manager Barry Moore.
“He had to isolate for 10 days and then he had a tight hamstring, so it seems like he’s been out forever.
“He’ll be looking forward to going back to his old club, as will Doug Loft.
“They’ll be familiar with it there and it’s always nice to play against your old club.”
Billericay have climbed off the bottom with back-to-back wins since Jody Brown succeeded former Ebbsfleet boss Kevin Watson.
“Jody’s come in and he’ll want to get the ball down and play,” said Moore.
“They’ve won their last two and I’m expecting them to be nothing like they were in the first three or four games of the season.
“This will be a new, hungry side and they will be confident.
“When a new manager comes in it’s like starting the season again for some of those lads who haven’t been playing or perhaps thought the old manager didn’t fancy them.
“Now they’ve got a clean slate and I’m sure Jody will want to bring in his own players in as well.”
Moore feels striker Aaron Smith-Joseph - scorer of the second goal against Sittingbourne - is ready to return to first-team action.
He was given a breather after starting the season in the side and it’s done him the world of good.
Moore said: “He did really well in the first few games, and scored against Hungerford, but when players are new to the level, they plateau after three or four games and have to come out the side for a little bit.
“He’s a very good player, a very talented lad and he’ll be back in the team before he knows it.”
Tonbridge could have a couple of new faces by the weekend, with the squad low on numbers following the triple departure of Tom Hanfrey, Zak Guerfi and Arthur Lee.
“We’re hoping to get two in, which should make the squad stronger,” said Moore.
“There’s nothing better than being able to look at the bench and see players who’ve played this level and can help change a game.”
