TONBRIDGE Angels are still three points from safety in the Ryman Premier League after a goalless draw at mid-table Hendon.

Neither side did enough to deserve all three points in a game of few chances.

Leroy Huggins had a couple of opportunities to open the scoring in the first half but he was denied by Hendon keeper Dave King.

Player-manager Tony Dolby led by example and almost gave the visitors the lead with a free kick tafter 75 minutes hat King did well to parry.

Substitute Danny Julienne missed the best of Hendon’s chances when he failed to finish after being put clean through shortly after coming on.
