Tonbridge midfielder D’Sean Theobalds could be on his way to the Polish Premier League.
Classy Theobalds starred in Angels’ promotion to National League South last season, including a stunning solo effort in the super play-off final.
Another impressive campaign has seen him attract attention from Poland, with the 25-year-old going on trial with Korona Kielce.
Theobalds did well and is set to discover whether Korona will follow up their interest with an offer.
Tonbridge boss Steve McKimm said: “He hasn’t been offered a contract yet, so we’re waiting to see.
“Once he comes to me and tells me he’s been offered something then we’ll cross that bridge.
“We allowed him to go on trial, he did that and now he’s waiting to see if anything comes of it.
“At the moment he’s a Tonbridge Angels player but he did well out there.
“It’s a case of whether they give him an offer he wants or requires.
“He wants to play professional football and fair play to the kid.
“It’s his first full season at this level and he’s still learning his trade but he’s got bags of ability and if he gets the opportunity to play full-time, in a different country and to learn a different culture, he’s all for it.
“He’s done it before when he was younger, playing in Spain and places like that, and if they’re going to give him an opportunity, then why can’t he go for it?”
