Tonbridge boss Steve McKimm is backing striker Chinedu McKenzie to put on a performance against his old club.
McKenzie faces a quick reunion with his former Haringey team-mates when the Bostik Premier leaders visit Longmead this Saturday.
He's scored three goals in Angels colours, including a double in a 4-3 victory at Bishop's Stortford last weekend.
McKimm said: "It goes one of two ways when players face their old club.
"They either thrive and excel or they go into their shell a little bit.
"Chinedu's a confident lad so I'm sure he'll go and give the best account of himself that he can.
"It won't be a case of showing Haringey what they're missing, he'll want to go out and do it for himself.
"The players are taking to him and he's taken to them. He's been a good fit for us so far and long may it continue because he's done well.
"It'll be a tough game on Saturday. They're a strong, athletic, physical side, and we'll need to match them."
Tonbridge moved up to eighth place with their win at Stortford, Joe Turner also scoring twice.
McKimm said: "We went all-out attack and got the early goal, then they came back with two.
"I told the boys at half-time to go for it and not hold back and we got in two in six minutes.
"Chinedu then scored again but it got a bit nervy at the end when they got their third.
"I'm pleased we applied ourselves and won the game by going on the attack. It comes from the players having belief in themselves to go and do that.
"As a manager you can motivate and encourage players but they need to have that inner self-belief to make things happen."
Angels' match Wingate & Finchley on Tuesday night was postponed due to snow.
