Promotion hero D'Sean Theobalds has signed a new deal with Tonbridge.
The midfielder has committed his future to Angels after meeting boss Steve McKimm for talks on Saturday.
Theobalds had a big impact at Longmead after signing from Leatherhead last December.
His arrival coincided with Angels' run to the Bostik Premier play-offs and it was his brilliant solo goal that took their super play-off final at Met Police to extra time.
Tonbridge went on to win 3-2 and secure a return to National South after a five-year absence.
McKimm told the club website: "I'm delighted that D'Sean is staying with us.
"Everyone will of course remember 'that goal' at Met Police in the super play-off final but there is so much to his game that is going to be vital to us as we embark on our adventure in National South."
Fellow midfielder Craig Stone has left Tonbridge after rejecting a new contract.
Angels say the 30-year-old has decided to pursue other opportunities within the game.
He made 75 appearances in two seasons, scoring the goal against Carshalton that secured Angels' play-off place.
