Dover v Tonbridge Angels

Tonbridge Angels manager Tommy Warrilow has played down the importance of Saturday's trip to Ryman League Premier Division leaders Dover.

Andy Hessenthaler’s side are eight points clear at the top and remain unbeaten at Crabble.

Warrilow said: “We want to go there and put a performance on. But I’m a pretty level headed manager and if we do win, I’m not going to do cart-wheels or start shouting from the rooftops.

“We have had a good November and have not lost in the last 11. We’re looking to go there and stay unbeaten.

“The league doesn’t lie and they are the team to beat.

“I’m not going to go overboard about it. Dover have had a great start and they are 10 points in front of us.”

The former Horsham assistant believes December will be a key month for his side and he has called on his players to keep in touch with the leaders.

Warrilow added: “It would be great to try and stay unbeaten going into the New Year.”
