Wealdstone v Tonbridge

Tonbridge Angels boss Tommy Warrilow has targeted three points from his new-look side's opening Ryman League Premier Division trip to Wealdstone on Saturday.

He warned: "It is unlikely we’ll be on our game right from the off, with seven new players coming in, people have to be patient and realistic. We have been a little rusty in pre-season but that is to be expected and we have not been helped by niggling injuries.”

Adrian Storey (knee) is out for a fortnight and Michael Phillips is suspended for three games, but Warrilow is hoping new forwards Jamie Cade (foot), Ade Olorunda (holiday) and new defender Lewis Hamilton (groin) are all available for Wealdstone.

Warrilow said: “It is important we get these players back and get points on the board as soon as possible. It is going to be a tight division - if you ask any manager they will name six or seven teams capable of winning it and we’re one of them. But I want promotion and I have the players to do that.”
