A lorry has been badly damaged after hitting a bridge in Tunbridge Wells

Police were called after a lorry hit a bridge in Tunbridge Wells this evening.

The trailer of the articulated truck struck the bridge in Eridge Road at 7.30pm.

There are no reported injuries and the vehicle is currently awaiting recovery.
