Mr Richards has a number of tattoos, including a panther on one arm and a cross on the other.

PC Amy Ward, of Blackburn Police, said: “We are appealing for information leading to Andrew’s whereabouts.

“We are growing increasingly concerned following his disappearance and would ask anyone who can assist with our enquiries to contact police immediately.

“Likewise, if Andrew sees this appeal, I would urge him to contact us as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log reference 1345 of November 2.
