Fire in Tunbridge Wells

Firefighters attended a blaze at a commercial building in Tunbridge Wells last night.
The received the call to the property in Grosvenor Road at 11.15pm.
The residents in four flats above the premises were evacuated as a precaution but were unharmed.
Three fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets and main jets to extinguish the flames, before using a high pressured fan to clear the building of smoke.
The incident was over by 12.50 this morning.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
