Police hunting a flasher who reportedly exposed himself in a high street have charged a 33-year-old man.

Anthony Butcher was arrested on suspicion of the offence after officers were called to Rusthall just after 4pm on Wednesday, June 27.

He was charged yesterday and was remanded to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court.

At the hearing, Mr Butcher, from Muswell Hill in London, was bailed.

He will next appear at Medway Magistrates' Court on July 24.
