AN ARTICULATED lorry parked outside the Homebase store on the North Farm Industrial Estate at Tunbridge Wells was badly damaged by fire early today.

Fire crews from Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells arrived on the scene at about 2am and discovered the vehicle well alight. They were there for almost two hours.

The cab unit was totally destroyed and the trailer and contents sustained 20 per cent damage.
