A man's been charged with racially abusing a woman in Tunbridge Wells.

The incident happened in Grosvenor Road on August 14, just before 4.30pm.

Craig Bruce, 20, or Norman Close, Kemsing has been charged with using threatening or abusive words, or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and using racially aggravated, threatening, abusive or insulting words, or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

He has been bailed to appear before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on October 3.
