Daniel Fitzpatrick Donnelly of Wood Street, Tunbridge Wells jailed after stealing from a handbag at a business in the Pantiles

A Tunbridge Wells man has been imprisoned after stealing cash and make-up from a handbag.

On September 29, Daniel Fitzpatrick Donnelly, of Wood Street, Tunbridge Wells stole cash and make-up worth £219 from a handbag at a business in the Pantiles.

Donnelly pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, October 8.

Magistrates sentenced him to 56 days in prison and ordered him to pay £219 in compensation and an £80 victim surcharge.
