You would not normally expect a Winter Olympics champion to come ice skating with you.
But Jayne Torvill, who took home a gold medal for her phenomenal ice dancing routine with Christopher Dean in 1984, paid a visit to the Assembly Theatre Hall's rink in Crescent Road, Tunbridge Wells on Sunday.
It was free to watch and the paying public were free to share the ice with the legend.
Jayne brought her daughter Tilly along to the skating rink with her too.
Torvill and Dean's performance at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics stunned audiences worldwide.
Some 24 million people in Britain watched the pair score 12 perfect six marks at the competition.
