A car park will be closed for a week while pond works takes place.
The entry to Dunorlan Park in Tunbridge Well from Hall Hole Road will be closed from today to allow safe passage for trucks from the cascade garden pond to the composting area.
Tunbridge Wells council posted a tweet to alert visitors to the closure earlier today.
It said: “From today, Dunorlan Park, Halls Hole Road car park is closed for a week (approx) as desilting work will be taking place on cascade pond area.
“We’re sorry for inconvenience caused, top car park is open.”
The process takes place every five years with the goal to remove a build-up of silt on the pond floor, helping with water flow.
