Traffic problems in Tunbridge Wells as a burst water main and a collapsed manhole are causing issues.
One lane is currently blocked on a busy road in the town due to a large amount of surface water, the result of a burst water main.
Police and council representatives were called to the scene, on North Farm Road, at around 1.38pm.
Motorists are allow for extra time in their journey, and to approach the area with caution.
Work is ongoing to repair the burst main and get traffic moving again.
Another road has also been closed due to a collapsed manhole.
Silverdale Lane, at the junction with Woodland Road, was shut at around 2pm.
Motorists are advised to used an alternative route where possible.
Police have requested Kent Highways attend.
