Traffic ground to a halt after an accident on the A21 Pembury Road.

Two vehicles were involved and the southbound carriageway was blocked.

The accident happened at 4.50pm between the North Farm Roundabout and the A228 turn-off for Pembury.

Witnesses say multiple emergency services were sent to the scene.

Police have no reports of any injuries.
