Comedienne and campaigner Ruby Wax explores mental health in her latest show.

Based on Sunday Times number 1 bestseller A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled, the larger than life entertainer will be returning to the stage in Tunbridge Wells.

Frazzled will be her biggest tour to date with 74 shows across the UK from January until June.

US born Ruby, who has been very open about her own struggle with depression, has a master’s degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University.

A show spokesman said: "Funny and insightful, this event is your passport to saner living. She might not be sane herself, but she does a pretty good imitation."

It runs at the Assembly Hall Theatre in Crescent Road from 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 10.
