Another alert for the River Eden has also been issued in Edenbridge, Chiddingstone, and Hever.

People are being told to monitor local water levels and weather conditions, and avoid using low lying footpaths or entering areas prone to flooding.

This follows a yellow weather warning for wind issued across the county yesterday.

The Met Office warned coastal routes, seafronts and coastal communities could be affected by spray and/or large waves, with gales of up to 50mph.
