POLICE in west Kent have renewed their appeal for the public's help in finding a 17-year-old girl who has gone missing.
Terry Edmonds, who is from Tunbridge Wells, was last seen in the town at 1pm on Monday, April 17 when she told a friend she was going to visit family in Hadlow.
Terry is described as white, 5ft 4in tall, slim build, with shoulder length straight brownish/red hair.
When last seen she was wearing a grey tracksuit jacket and trousers with pink stripes around the waistband of both jacket and trousers, a white top and brown body warmer with a fur hood and she was carrying a light blue hooded top.
Insp David Currie said: "Terry has not been missing before and we are increasingly concerned that she has not been in touch with anyone. If she sees this appeal I want to assure her she is not in any trouble.
"We just want to know that she is safe and well and I urge her to contact the police or her mother. If anyone knows where she is please contact us. Any calls made to the police will be treated in the strictest confidence."
