People from across the world have begun to light candles tonight as part of a vigil in memory of a little girl who lost her battle to cancer.
Florence Jackson, from Speldhurst near Tunbridge Wells, was diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma in December 2015 and had been at the centre of massive fundraising efforts to fly her to the United States for potentially life-saving treatment.
The toddler's plight touched the hearts of hundreds of people, and last month more than £250,000 was raised in 11 days to get her to see a surgeon in New York.
But before she was able to make the trip, her devastated parents Rodney, 42, and Carolyn, 47, were told there was nothing more doctors could do for her.
She died the following day, on Saturday.
Now, a week on, people have lit candles to remember the tot with a candlelit vigil.
People from around the world are expected to take part, and the Jacksons' local pub The George and Dragon in Speldhurst Hill, will be giving out free candles for those who want to remember her there.
A post on the Flo's Fight Facebook group said: "Many of you beautiful Flo Fighters around the world have been lighting candles for Flo.
"We would love to get as many of you as possible involved.
"It's very simple - at 7pm UK time this Saturday, light a little red candle for Flo, take a picture and post across social media tagging the photo
"It's simply in memory of gorgeous Flo and to let her know that there will always be a bright light shining for her amongst us all."
Hundreds of tributes have been left on Facebook by well wishers.
Her mum Carolyn, posted saying: "Thank you for all your kind messages.
"Our first night without our gorgeous Florence, Charlotte wanted to sleep in Flo Flo's room last night which was lovely. Florence touched the hearts of so many people which is beautiful. Even the angels were crying in the sky as it snowed."
