Paralympian and Strictly star Will Bayley is staying positive after his latest injury update.
The table tennis champion from Tunbridge Wells had to pull out of this year's Strictly Come Dancing after hurting his leg during a dress rehearsal.
Will won everyone's heart when he performed a contemporary routine with his professional partner Janette Manrara.
The dance represented him overcoming cancer as a child and powering through his condition, arthrogryposis, which is a curving of the joints.
Doctors have confirmed he has fully torn his ACL - the anterior cruciate ligament which stabilize the knee joint.
Taking to Instagram, Will said: "Not the best news, but this gives me a brilliant opportunity to work on other parts of my game that I could improve.
" I don’t see why I can’t be an even better player because of this.
"I will be back to fight in Tokyo.
"I have a few more of these medals I want to win.
"Will update you guys when I know the next steps.
"Thanks for the amazing support.
"I have an amazing team around me at EIS that will make sure I’m super fit for Tokyo."
