After two weeks of intense sporting action and plenty of wins for Britain, the Rio Olympics came to a close last night.
Even though the Olympics are over, there is no reason why you can't get involved with some sporting action of your own.
British Military Fitness (BMF) is inviting people of all fitness levels to try a free outdoor fitness class as part of the nationwide 'I am Team GB' event.
This event has been organised by ITV and the National Lottery, as part of the athletes' homecoming.
Held this Saturday, the nation's biggest sports day aims to get as many people moving as possible.
Team GB's returning Olympians will join thousands of people attending events around the country.
One such event is a free outdoor fitness class being run by British Military Fitness at Tunbridge Wells Common.
Harry Sowerby, managing director at BMF, said: "It's been fantastic seeing Team GB bringing the medals home this year from Rio, and even better to see the Olympics inspiring people to give sport and fitness a go.
"We believe it's vital to keep this momentum going after the Olympics have come to an end, so are joining fitness providers across the country in offering a free session as part of I am Team GB.
"We hope this will encourage people of all fitness levels to try something new and to reap the benefits of getting outside and active on both physical and mental wellbeing."
As part of the campaign, ITV will be switching off transmission from its channels to get the nation moving.
The seven channels run by the provider will be turned off at 9.30am on Saturday.
Participants should arrive at Tunbridge Wells Common at 9am to take part.
