KENT Messenger Group chairman Edwin Boorman, Deputy Lieutenant of Kent, is the new president of the Royal Tunbridge Wells Orpheus Male Voice Choir.
On Saturday, May 15 the choir will present its 29th Annual Band and Choir Concert at the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells.
Singers will be accompanied by the Royal Army Medical Corps Band, under the directorship of bandmaster Mike Feehily.
They will also be joined by the Cantores' Girls Choir for the performance, which starts at 7.30pm and for which tickets cost £10, £7.50 or £6.

Prior to the concert, Mr Boorman will be present at a private reception at which guests will include the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Kent, Viscount De L'Isle, and Lady De L'Isle, and the Mayor and Mayoress of Tunbridge Wells.
