Landlords in west Kent are being invited to a free event organised by their local councils and the National Landlords Association.
The fair aims to help them keep up to date with what's happening in the world of rented housing, meet up with other landlords and discover new ways to develop their businesses.
Workshop sessions covering fire safety, tenancy sustainment and local housing allowance rates will be held.
Specialist presentations will also be given on topics including obtaining possession of a property legally, landlord accreditation, procedures for protecting deposits and legislation.
Cabinet member with responsibility for communities and well-being, councillor Lynne Weatherly said: "This will be a very useful event for landlords to attend.
"It’s free and you can get up to date with the information you need to know and meet relevant organisations and other landlords."
The fair is being held in the Town Hall, Tunbridge Wells on Tuesday, October 21 between 4pm and 8.30pm.
Places can reserved by contacting Clair Easterbrook at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council on 01892 554207 or by email: clair.easterbrook@tunbridgewells.gov.uk
