Man given bail over alleged stabbing

POLICE are continuing to investigate an incident in which a 23-year-old man received a small knife puncture wound to his back.

The man was treated in hospital following the suspected stabbing in Monson Road, Tunbridge Wells, early on Sunday. Police have confirmed that his injuries are "not serious".

A 25-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident has been granted police bail while further inquiries are made.
