A 37-year-old man who sustained leg injuries when he plunged from the third floor of a flat on Showfields Road, Tunbridge Wells, on Tuesday is now in a stable condition after undergoing surgery.
West Kent Police have concluded their enquiries into the incident and no further action is being taken.
Three people, two women and a man, were questioned but have been released by police without charge.
A police statement says the man jumped rather than fell. He is being treated at the Kent and Sussex Hospital at Tunbridge Wells.
A FALL from a third-storey window in a block of flats has left a man seriously ill in hospital.
Police and ambulance crews were called to a tower block on Showfields Road in Tunbridge Wells, shortly before 2am on Tuesday.
Two women from Tunbridge Wells, aged 51 and 41, and a 44-year-old man from London have been arrested on suspicion of assault.
They are currently being held in custody where they are helping police with their enquiries.
