The Mayor of Tunbridge Wells was a guest on a well-known segment of BBC Radio 1 yesterday.

Cllr Julian Stanyer featured on the Greg James show in a game titled 'The Mayor of Where'.

He took part with the DJ and regular news presenter Chris Smith who took turns trying to guess what area Cllr Stanyer was Mayor of.

Mr Stanyer became Mayor earlier this year succeeding Dr. Ronen Basu.

He is the cnservative ward member for Speldhurst and Bidborough and has lived in Langton Green with his wife for the past 28 years.
