A three day music festival has been cancelled.

The Sound Sanctuary which featured big names such as the Sugababes and M People was scheduled to take place in Eridge Park, near Tunbridge Wells, from September 19-21.

But an unavoidable commitment elsewhere by one of the headline acts means the show won't go ahead.

Unfortunate timing with this year's credit crunch means that ticket sales have been slow and organisers haven't been able to replace the headline act at such short notice.

Organisers have apologised to both fans and the bands and says they'll be back next year.
