Jobs have started to pop up online for a new Aldi store in Tunbridge Wells.

The German supermarket chain is preparing to open a new branch in Longfield Road.

Adverts have been posted online for sales assistant roles as a result.

The supermarket is expected to open later this year in the vacant building formerly occupied by Toys R Us.

Another building left empty by the toy giant's collapse could be filled later this year.

Home Bargains and a UFC Gym were confirmed as the replacement of the former Toys R Us in Horsted Retail Park in Chatham yesterday when councillors have the plan approval.
