A new restaurant opens in Tunbridge Wells today.
The Brasserie One Warwick Park is in a central location between the historic Pantiles and Chapel Place, within the One Warwick Park Hotel.
The owners say it will "offer a new concept in breakfast and brunch for local foodies".
It will open between 7am and 1pm, with a brunch menu to include a full English (with vegan and vegetarian options available), eggs royale, overnight oats and smashed avocado.
And for those in a hurry, there is a grab and go takeaway service.
On Thursdays and Sundays, it will open for bookings in the afternoon for teas of homemade cakes, finger sandwiches and warm scones with jam and clotted cream.
Head chef Ollie Funnell said the company was looking to source food locally wherever possible.
He said: "Finding locally-sourced produce has been a labour of love.
"We can confidentially say our dishes will be made using only the very best and freshest ingredients."
Southborough Butchers and the Tunbridge Wells Coffee Roastery are among the firms who will supplying the brasserie.
The restaurant opened today (Tuesday). No reservations are needed.
One Warwick Park Hotel is owned by the Elite Leisure Collection, which also owns the Salomons Estate.
