Five Guys set to open in Tunbridge Wells next week joining Subway, Gregg's and Prezzo on high street

A new Five Guys is set to open in Kent next week.

The popular burger chain is making itself at home in the former Closs and Hamblin haberdashery in Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells.

Plans for the restaurant were first revealed in January and since then bosses have been slowly working their way through bureaucratic red tape.

Signs in the windows say the store will open next Monday.

It will be the American chain's fifth store to open in the county, with the other four being in Bluewater, Ashford, Maidstone and Canterbury.

Five Guys will join the likes of Pret-a-Manger, Starbucks and Prezzo in the centre of Tunbridge Wells.
