The co-working and restaurant chain, The Hive, is to open a new branch in Tunbridge Wells in the spring.
The business run Emma and Stuart Smith already has outlets in Cranbrook and in Flimwell.
The Tunbridge Wells Hive will be at 12-16 The Pantiles and will offer a flexible co-working and hospitality site above a Greek restaurant called Kypseli on the ground floor.
Mrs Smith, lived for many years in Corfu, where she ran a taverna, and she has brought her culinary expertise back with her to Kent.
Inside the listed building, in one of the oldest parts of the town, patrons will find a contemporary interior and state-of-the-art technology.
Kypseli - which means “Hive” in Greek - will be open to the general public, using locally sourced products combined with Greek ingredients to create Ionian dishes such as pastitsatha, moussaka, lamb kleftiko and 24-hour marinated souvlaki.
It will also have an area of outdoor seating.
On the first and second floors of the building, co-workers will find desk space, meeting rooms, zoom booths, and secure 1GB super-fast internet access, as well as boutique office suites for one, two, three and four people.
The co-working space will be fully furnished with height adjustable desks, integrated charging points and mobile monitors for streaming.
Managing director Mrs Smith said: "It’s clear that remote and hybrid working is here to stay.
"The UK has experienced the largest start-up boom of the decade, leading to an increasing number of people looking to supplement home-working with co-working. And this is where we come in.
"Co-working offers a flexible way to separate home and work life, interact with others to generate leads, team up with colleagues, and share knowledge and skills – all in an uplifting and energised environment."
She said: "The Hive will have an amazing, positive vibe and will be a great place to visit – whether it’s friends and family getting together for fabulous food, or businesspeople looking for a whole new work-life experience.”
She said: "Our ethos is sustainability and eco-localism. Creating local state-of-the-art hubs that reduce the need to commute, reduce travel distances and improve the environment."
