A primary school in Tunbridge Wells has closed its doors after a member of staff tested positive for coronavirus.
Temple Grove Academy on Friars Way made the announcement this morning saying families with children in the staff member's bubble have been told to self isolate.
The school will remain closed while it seeks advice from Public Health England.
In a letter home to parents, consultant headteacher Isabel Ramsay said: "We were notified early this morning, Thursday June 25, that a member of staff has tested positive for Coronavirus. Therefore, the school has been shut this morning and we are taking advice from Public Health England. The school will remain shut whilst we take advice and we will keep you updated.
"The families of the pupils in the bubble have been contacted. Thank you for your continued support."
This comes after a child from St Francis' Catholic Primary School in Maidstone tested positive earlier this month.
A teaching assistant and a pupil at Ifield School in Gravesend also tested positive for coronavirus in May.
