Second attempted murder charge after stabbing in Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells

A second person has been charged with attempted murder after a young man was stabbed.

Keith Williams, 44, appeared in court on Tuesday, October 25, after the attack in Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, on August 18.

Following the incident, the victim, who is in his 20s, drove a car to nearby Belgrave Road and rang paramedics. He was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.

Williams, of Kingscroft Road, Surrey, was also charged with wounding with intent following a "violent assault".

He is the second man charged with attempted murder after Londoner Kojo Ohene, 44, was arrested and charged in August.

Both have been remanded in custody and will appear before Maidstone Crown Court on Tuesday, November 8.
