Two people have been taken to hospital after a crash this morning.

The A21 was closed in both directions between the Scotney Castle Roundabout in Lamberhurst and Lady Oak Lane in Flimwell.

The road was blocked from around 7.30am and delays still remain in the area.

Paramedics assessed and treated two people at the scene before taking one to Kings College Hospital in London.

The second person was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital for further medical treatment.

Police have confirmed none of the injuries are described as life-threatening.
