A business start up surgery is due to be held at the Royal Wells Hotel in Tunbridge Wells this month.

The free to attend event is available to anyone interested in finding out more about what being your own business boss entails and what support is available to grow a successful business.

It is hosted by local business specialists and covers a variety of relevant topics from funding your business and managing your money, to understanding the importance of location and marketing.

There will be a representative from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, a local accountant, and solicitor attending the event who will be available to answer any questions.

Chris Lyle, business specialist NatWest, said: “I held the first ‘Start Up Surgery’ in March
2013 as the local Business Specialist for NatWest Bank Tunbridge Wells.

"I am delighted that I have met similar minded persons who share my passion in sharing our knowledge in the Start Up Business Arena to help people in our community get their business off the ground. We acknowledge there is a lot to think about and are here to help.”

The event will be held on Tuesday, October 28 at 6pm.
