A theatre is hoping a new loyalty scheme will win back post-pandemic audiences when the curtain rises once again.
The Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells has, like so many other entertainment venues, been badly hit by the restrictions on gatherings in place to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Although the performing arts centre in Crescent Road was one of the few venues in the country which managed to stage performances following the outbreak of coronavirus it had to close its doors for a third time in December.
Now, with the country tentatively following the government's roadmap out of lockdown, the theatre is once again making plans to welcome back crowds.
Its new CIRCLE membership programme is designed to rebuilt its core audience of regular theatre-goers with a series of benefits for those prepared to commit to the venue's future.
There are five different levels of membership, ranging from the £15 annual Friends package, all the way up to the £1,000 Director's Tier.
Perks of the scheme range from priority booking and deals on food and drink, to private tours backstage and complimentary tickets for some of the most-popular shows, such as the annual pantomime.
Theatre director JJ Almond said: "I am thrilled that the team has worked so hard to create CIRCLE.
"It is such an amazing membership scheme, the benefits and access to the management and backstage team at the theatre is second to none. Our core audience is so important to our future and our
viability, so if the theatre is important to you please sign up."
