Baldwins travel agency in Tunbridge Wells named best in South East England

A travel agency in Tunbridge Wells has been named the as the best in South East England.

Baldwins Travels was selected for the Travel Trade Gazette award from more than 500 entries. The competition was run in association with Kuoni.

A "shortlist" of 100 finalists were invited to a glittering awards ceremony in Birmingham on Thursday night.

The travel agents were rated by tour operators and other suppliers and then assessed by travel trade journalists.

Baldwins Travel, Tunbridge Wells, beat five other candidates in its category and was named the South East's Top Agency.

The company's sister branch, Baldwins Travel in Uckbridge, was also short-listed and was commended as a runner-up.
