A Tunbridge Wells gymnast says it was his stomach doing somersaults when he appeared on ITV dating show Take Me Out.
Chris Rogers, the 23-year-old head coach of Sports Acrobatics, featured in the show on Saturday with a second appearance set to be aired next weekend.
He made a memorable entrance on the show, launching straight into somersaults and backflips.
A keen motorbike fanatic, Chris also performed a choreographed bike-themed acrobatic gymnastic routine in the studio.
Chris was also filmed on the Pantiles, and at the Next Dimension Gymnastic Academy in Longfield Road, where he was shot performing acrobatic tricks and coaching some of the academy’s young gymnasts.
Chris said: “I was definitely nervous, especially coming down the lift not knowing what to expect, having 30 girls all looking at you when you're under the spotlight hasn't happened to me that often– or at all!
"It was all a great experience and being liked by all the girls who left their lights on was just the icing on the cake!”
Hosted by comedian Paddy McGuiness, Take Me Out is a popular dating gameshow, where 30 single women compete for a date with one single man.
If successful, the lucky lady is whisked away for a date on the ‘Isle of Fernando’s’, with TV crew in tow.
Chris secured a date with contestant Jade, and you can see how successful it was on ITV1 at 8.05pm on Saturday.
